    Holidays that start and end at your front door    
         
    Nothing dampens the prospect of a relaxing holiday more than the thought of departure day and the stress and hassles that go with getting to your tour coach and departure point.  
       
    Our service provides a pick up from your front door using our fleet of dedicated feeder vehicles and drivers who will collect you and your luggage and deliver you to your tour coach to start the holiday. Upon returning from your holiday, your tour driver will organise your feeder transport so that your vehicle will be waiting to deliver you and your luggage home to your front door.  
         
   
If you live within the shaded area of the map below of the Tyne Valley, our door to door service is included free on all our tours of 4 days and more. For passengers living outside these areas
please call the travel office and we will gladly advise on availability of collection and cost from other areas. Door to door collection must be requested at the time of booking and is not available on bookings made within 21 days of departure. This service is available ONLY from your home address. Requests for collection from any other address will incur the standard £12.50 charge per person.
   
     
On selected tours marked (suitcase symbol) collection is available from Washington Services, Durham, Durham Services, Bishop Auckland, Barnard Castle and Darlington, from where you will be transferred to either Durham or Scotch Corner services to meet your tour coach. For those customers wishing to join our tour coach at our offices, free parking is available for the duration of the holiday. All parking is at customer’s own risk.
