‘We
don’t have to tell you it is the
best show ever, you tell us it
is year after year!!’ |
|
|
|
| |
Thirty years ago against the
backdrop of steam
engines,mechanical organs and
fairground rides a small
Christmas show took place, with
eight choral scholars from Kings
College,Cambridge singing a
selection of John Rutter carols.
It has now grown into the
largest Christmas show in
England. The ultimate musical
experience is simply one of the
most exciting Christmas
Spectacular shows ever.
It is the most popular Christmas
Show of all time in England and
is a blend of exciting Christmas
entertainment with Christmas
songs, carols, dazzling dancers,
beautiful costumes, outstanding
music and singing from a cast of
over one hundred, which would
grace any of London’s West End
theatres. Thursford museum, in
the tranquil setting of a small
Norfolk village, takes you back
to a traditional old-fashioned
fairground where majestic steam
engines sit next to carousel
rides and mechanical organs.
Traditional Norfolk buildings
have been transformed into
Dickensian style gift shops,
coffee shop, famous Christmas
shops and a large theatre. Year
after year all 76 shows are sold
out a year in advance; don’t
miss your chance to see the
greatest Christmas show ever! |
